Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu chandasamādhippadhānasaṅkhārasamannāgataṃ iddhipādaṃ bhāveti, vīriyasamādhippadhānasaṅkhārasamannāgataṃ iddhipādaṃ bhāveti, cittasamādhippadhānasaṅkhārasamannāgataṃ iddhipādaṃ bhāveti, vīmaṃsāsamādhippadhānasaṅkhārasamannāgataṃ iddhipādaṃ bhāveti. Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu chandasamādhippadhānasaṅkhārasamannāgataṃ iddhipādaṃ bhāveti, vīriyasamādhi…pe… cittasamādhi…pe… vīmaṃsāsamādhippadhānasaṅkhārasamannāgataṃ iddhipādaṃ bhāveti. Ye hi keci, bhikkhave, anāgatamaddhānaṃ bhikkhū āsavānaṃ khayā anāsavaṃ cetovimuttiṃ paññāvimuttiṃ diṭṭheva dhamme sayaṃ abhiññā sacchikatvā upasampajja viharissanti, sabbe te catunnaṃ iddhipādānaṃ bhāvitattā bahulīkatattā. 10. Cetiyasuttaṃ

822. Evaṃ me sutaṃ – ekaṃ samayaṃ bhagavā vesāliyaṃ viharati mahāvane kūṭāgārasālāyaṃ. Atha kho bhagavā pubbaṇhasamayaṃ nivāsetvā pattacīvaramādāya vesāliṃ piṇḍāya pāvisi. Vesāliyaṃ piṇḍāya caritvā pacchābhattaṃ piṇḍapātapaṭikkanto āyasmantaṃ ānandaṃ āmantesi – ‘‘gaṇhāhi, ānanda, nisīdanaṃ. Yena cāpālaṃ cetiyaṃ [pāvālacetiyaṃ (syā. kaṃ.)] tenupasaṅkamissāma divāvihārāyā’’ti. ‘‘Evaṃ bhante’’ti kho āyasmā ānando bhagavato paṭissutvā nisīdanaṃ ādāya bhagavantaṃ piṭṭhito piṭṭhito anubandhi. Atha kho bhagavā yena cāpālaṃ cetiyaṃ tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā paññatte āsane nisīdi. Āyasmāpi kho ānando bhagavantaṃ abhivādetvā ekamantaṃ nisīdi. Ekamantaṃ nisinnaṃ kho āyasmantaṃ ānandaṃ bhagavā etadavoca –

‘‘Ramaṇīyā, ānanda, vesālī, ramaṇīyaṃ udenaṃ cetiyaṃ, ramaṇīyaṃ gotamakaṃ cetiyaṃ, ramaṇīyaṃ sattambaṃ cetiyaṃ, ramaṇīyaṃ bahuputtaṃ cetiyaṃ [bahuputtakacetiyaṃ (syā. kaṃ. pī. ka.)], ramaṇīyaṃ sārandadaṃ cetiyaṃ [ānandacetiyaṃ (ka.), sānandaraṃ (ka.)], ramaṇīyaṃ cāpālaṃ cetiyaṃ. Yassa kassaci, ānanda, cattāro iddhipādā bhāvitā bahulīkatā yānīkatā vatthukatā anuṭṭhitā paricitā susamāraddhā, so ākaṅkhamāno kappaṃ vā tiṭṭheyya kappāvasesaṃ vā. Tathāgatassa kho, ānanda, cattāro iddhipādā bhāvitā bahulīkatā yānīkatā vatthukatā anuṭṭhitā paricitā susamāraddhā. Ākaṅkhamāno, ānanda, tathāgato kappaṃ vā tiṭṭheyya kappāvasesaṃ vā’’ti.

Evampi kho āyasmā ānando bhagavatā oḷārike nimitte kayiramāne oḷārike obhāse kayiramāne nāsakkhi paṭivijjhituṃ; na bhagavantaṃ yāci – ‘‘tiṭṭhatu, bhante, bhagavā kappaṃ, tiṭṭhatu sugato kappaṃ [sugato kappāvasesaṃ (pī. ka.) dī. ni.

10. 支提经
如是我闻。一时,世尊住在毗舍离(现今印度比哈尔邦)大林重阁讲堂。那时,世尊于上午时分,着衣持钵,入毗舍离城乞食。在毗舍离城乞食已,食后返回,对尊者阿难说:"阿难,拿坐具,我们去遮波罗支提度过午后。""是,世尊。"尊者阿难应诺世尊,拿着坐具,跟随在世尊身后。
于是,世尊来到遮波罗支提,来到后坐在准备好的座位上。尊者阿难也礼敬世尊后,坐在一旁。世尊对坐在一旁的尊者阿难说:
"阿难,毗舍离是可爱的,优陀那支提是可爱的,瞿昙支提是可爱的,七芒果树支提是可爱的,多子支提是可爱的,娑兰陀支提是可爱的,遮波罗支提是可爱的。阿难,任何人若修习、多修习、善修习、善建立、善生起、善熟习、善精进这四种神足,他若愿意,可以住世一劫或余劫。阿难,如来已修习、多修习、善修习、善建立、善生起、善熟习、善精进这四种神足。阿难,如来若愿意,可以住世一劫或余劫。"
即使世尊作如此明显的暗示,作如此明显的表示,尊者阿难也未能领悟;没有请求世尊:"世尊,请住世一劫,善逝,请住世一劫[或余劫],

2.167] bahujanahitāya bahujanasukhāya lokānukampāya atthāya hitāya sukhāya devamanussāna’’nti yathā taṃ mārena pariyuṭṭhitacitto.

Dutiyampi kho bhagavā…pe… tatiyampi kho bhagavā āyasmantaṃ ānandaṃ āmantesi – ‘‘ramaṇīyā, ānanda, vesālī, ramaṇīyaṃ udenaṃ cetiyaṃ, ramaṇīyaṃ gotamakaṃ cetiyaṃ, ramaṇīyaṃ sattambaṃ cetiyaṃ, ramaṇīyaṃ bahuputtaṃ cetiyaṃ, ramaṇīyaṃ sārandadaṃ cetiyaṃ, ramaṇīyaṃ cāpālaṃ cetiyaṃ. Yassa kassaci, ānanda, cattāro iddhipādā bhāvitā bahulīkatā yānīkatā vatthukatā anuṭṭhitā paricitā susamāraddhā, so ākaṅkhamāno kappaṃ vā tiṭṭheyya kappāvasesaṃ vā. Tathāgatassa kho, ānanda, cattāro iddhipādā bhāvitā bahulīkatā yānīkatā vatthukatā anuṭṭhitā paricitā susamāraddhā. Ākaṅkhamāno, ānanda, tathāgato kappaṃ vā tiṭṭheyya kappāvasesaṃ vā’’ti.

Evampi kho āyasmā ānando bhagavatā oḷārike nimitte kayiramāne oḷārike obhāse kayiramāne nāsakkhi paṭivijjhituṃ; na bhagavantaṃ yāci – ‘‘tiṭṭhatu, bhante, bhagavā kappaṃ, tiṭṭhatu sugato kappaṃ bahujanahitāya bahujanasukhāya lokānukampāya atthāya hitāya sukhāya devamanussāna’’nti yathā taṃ mārena pariyuṭṭhitacitto.

Atha kho bhagavā āyasmantaṃ ānandaṃ āmantesi – ‘‘gaccha kho tvaṃ, ānanda, yassa dāni kālaṃ maññasī’’ti. ‘‘Evaṃ, bhante’’ti kho āyasmā ānando bhagavato paṭissutvā uṭṭhāyāsanā bhagavantaṃ abhivādetvā padakkhiṇaṃ katvā avidūre aññatarasmiṃ rukkhamūle nisīdi. Atha kho māro pāpimā, acirapakkante āyasmante ānande, yena bhagavā tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā bhagavantaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘parinibbātu dāni, bhante, bhagavā, parinibbātu dāni sugato [parinibbātu sugato (sī. syā. kaṃ.) evamuparipi]! Parinibbānakālo dāni, bhante, bhagavato. Santi kho pana, bhante, etarahi bhikkhū bhagavato sāvakā viyattā vinītā visāradā bahussutā dhammadharā dhammānudhammappaṭipannā sāmīcippaṭipannā anudhammacārino, sakaṃ ācariyakaṃ uggahetvā ācikkhanti desenti paññapenti paṭṭhapenti vivaranti vibhajanti uttānīkaronti, uppannaṃ parappavādaṃ sahadhammena suniggahitaṃ niggahetvā sappāṭihāriyaṃ dhammaṃ desenti. Parinibbātu dāni, bhante, bhagavā, parinibbātu dāni, sugato! Parinibbānakālo dāni, bhante, bhagavato.

世尊第二次......第三次对尊者阿难说:"阿难,毗舍离是可爱的,优陀那支提是可爱的,瞿昙支提是可爱的,七芒果树支提是可爱的,多子支提是可爱的,娑兰陀支提是可爱的,遮波罗支提是可爱的。阿难,任何人若修习、多修习、善修习、善建立、善生起、善熟习、善精进这四种神足,他若愿意,可以住世一劫或余劫。阿难,如来已修习、多修习、善修习、善建立、善生起、善熟习、善精进这四种神足。阿难,如来若愿意,可以住世一劫或余劫。"
即使世尊作如此明显的暗示,作如此明显的表示,尊者阿难也未能领悟;没有请求世尊:"世尊,请住世一劫,善逝,请住世一劫,为了众生的利益,为了众生的安乐,出于对世间的悲悯,为了天人的利益、福祉与安乐。"因为他的心被魔罗所迷惑。

Tayidaṃ, bhante, bhagavato brahmacariyaṃ iddhañceva phītañca vitthāritaṃ bāhujaññaṃ puthubhūtaṃ yāva devamanussehi suppakāsitaṃ. Parinibbātu dāni, bhante, bhagavā, parinibbātu dāni sugato. Parinibbānakālo dāni, bhante, bhagavato’’ti.

Evaṃ vutte bhagavā māraṃ pāpimantaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘appossukko tvaṃ, pāpima, hohi. Na ciraṃ [nacirasseva (ka.)] tathāgatassa parinibbānaṃ bhavissati. Ito tiṇṇaṃ māsānaṃ accayena tathāgato parinibbāyissatī’’ti. Atha kho bhagavā cāpāle cetiye sato sampajāno āyusaṅkhāraṃ ossaji. Ossaṭṭhe ca [osajje pana (ka.)] bhagavatā āyusaṅkhāre mahābhūmicālo ahosi bhiṃsanako lomahaṃso, devadundubhiyo [devadudrabhiyo (ka.)] ca phaliṃsu. Atha kho bhagavā etamatthaṃ viditvā tāyaṃ velāyaṃ imaṃ udānaṃ udānesi –

‘‘Tulamatulañca sambhavaṃ, bhavasaṅkhāramavassaji muni;

Ajjhattarato samāhito, abhindi kavacamivattasambhava’’nti. dasamaṃ;

Cāpālavaggo paṭhamo.

Tassuddānaṃ –

Apārāpi viraddho ca, ariyā nibbidāpi ca;

Padesaṃ samattaṃ bhikkhu, buddhaṃ ñāṇañca cetiyanti.

世尊曾说过这样的话:'恶者啊,我不会般涅槃,直到我的梵行生活兴盛、繁荣、广布、为众人所知、广为流传,直到被天人善加宣说。'世尊,现在您的梵行生活已经兴盛、繁荣、广布、为众人所知、广为流传,已被天人善加宣说。世尊,现在请般涅槃吧,善逝,现在请般涅槃吧!世尊,现在是般涅槃的时候了。"
当这样说时,世尊对恶魔波旬说:"恶者啊,你放心吧。如来的般涅槃不久将至。从今天起三个月后,如来将般涅槃。"于是,世尊在遮波罗支提正念正知地舍弃寿行。当世尊舍弃寿行时,发生了大地震,令人恐惧,令人毛骨悚然,天鼓也响起。这时,世尊知道这件事的意义,于是说出这个自说:
"圣者舍弃了可量与不可量的有为,
内心喜悦、专注,
如同自我生起般破碎了铠甲。"第十

‘‘Evaṃ bhāvitesu kho, bhikkhu, catūsu iddhipādesu evaṃ bahulīkatesu dibbāya sotadhātuyā visuddhāya atikkantamānusikāya ubho sadde suṇāti – dibbe ca mānuse ca, dūre santike cāti.

‘‘Evaṃ bhāvitesu kho, bhikkhu, catūsu iddhipādesu evaṃ bahulīkatesu, parasattānaṃ parapuggalānaṃ cetasā ceto paricca pajānāti. 舍卫城因缘。"诸比丘,在我尚未证悟、还是菩萨时,我想:'什么是修习神足的因,什么是缘?'诸比丘,我想到:'在此,比丘修习具足欲三摩地勤行之神足 - 我的欲不会太松弛,不会太紧绷,不会内敛,不会外散。他安住于前后想 - 如前如后,如后如前;如下如上,如上如下;如昼如夜,如夜如昼。如是以开放、无遮蔽的心修习光明之心。'
'他修习具足精进三摩地勤行之神足 - 我的精进不会太松弛,不会太紧绷,不会内敛,不会外散。他安住于前后想 - 如前如后,如后如前;如下如上,如上如下;如昼如夜,如夜如昼。如是以开放、无遮蔽的心修习光明之心。
'他修习具足心三摩地勤行之神足 - 我的心不会太松弛,不会太紧绷,不会内敛,不会外散。他安住于前后想 - 如前如后,如后如前;如下如上,如上如下;如昼如夜,如夜如昼。如是以开放、无遮蔽的心修习光明之心。
'他修习具足观三摩地勤行之神足 - 我的观不会太松弛,不会太紧绷,不会内敛,不会外散。他安住于前后想 - 如前如后,如后如前;如下如上,如上如下;如昼如夜,如夜如昼。如是以开放、无遮蔽的心修习光明之心。
'比丘,如是修习、多修习这四种神足时,他能体验各种神通 - 一身变多身,多身变一身;显现、隐形;穿墙越壁、穿山而过,如行空中;出没于地如在水中;履水如履地;结跏趺坐,飞行虚空,如有翼鸟;手能触摸日月,如是有大威德、大威力;乃至梵天界,身能自在往来。
'比丘,如是修习、多修习这四种神足时,以清净超人的天耳界,能听两种声音 - 天上的和人间的,远处的和近处的。
'比丘,如是修习、多修习这四种神足时,能以心识他心,了知其他众生、其他人的心。有贪的心知是有贪的心,离贪的心知是离贪的心;有嗔的心知是有嗔的心,离嗔的心知是离嗔的心;有痴的心知是有痴的心,离痴的心知是离痴的心;收敛的心知是收敛的心,散乱的心知是散乱的心;广大的心知是广大的心,不广大的心知是不广大的心;有上的心知是有上的心,无上的心知是无上的心;定的心知是定的心,不定的心知是不定的心;解脱的心知是解脱的心,未解脱的心知是未解脱的心。'


‘‘Evaṃ bhāvitesu kho, bhikkhu, catūsu iddhipādesu evaṃ bahulīkatesu, anekavihitaṃ pubbenivāsaṃ anussarati, seyyathidaṃ – ekampi jātiṃ dvepi jātiyo tissopi jātiyo catassopi jātiyo pañcapi jātiyo dasapi jātiyo vīsampi jātiyo tiṃsampi jātiyo cattālīsampi jātiyo paññāsampi jātiyo jātisatampi jātisahassampi jātisatasahassampi anekepi saṃvaṭṭakappe anekepi vivaṭṭakappe anekepi saṃvaṭṭavivaṭṭakappe – ‘amutrāsiṃ evaṃnāmo evaṃgotto evaṃvaṇṇo evamāhāro evaṃsukhadukkhappaṭisaṃvedī evamāyupariyanto, so tato cuto amutra udapādiṃ [uppādiṃ (sī.)]; tatrāpāsiṃ evaṃnāmo evaṃgotto evaṃvaṇṇo evamāhāro evaṃsukhadukkhappaṭisaṃvedī evamāyupariyanto, so tato cuto idhūpapanno’ti. Iti sākāraṃ sauddesaṃ anekavihitaṃ pubbenivāsaṃ anussarati.

‘‘Evaṃ bhāvitesu kho bhikkhu, catūsu iddhipādesu evaṃ bahulīkatesu, dibbena cakkhunā visuddhena atikkantamānusakena satte passati cavamāne upapajjamāne hīne paṇīte suvaṇṇe dubbaṇṇe, sugate duggate yathākammūpage satte pajānāti – ‘ime vata, bhonto, sattā kāyaduccaritena samannāgatā vacīduccaritena samannāgatā manoduccaritena samannāgatā ariyānaṃ upavādakā micchādiṭṭhikā micchādiṭṭhikammasamādānā; te kāyassa bhedā paraṃ maraṇā apāyaṃ duggatiṃ vinipātaṃ nirayaṃ upapannā. Ime vā pana, bhonto, sattā kāyasucaritena samannāgatā vacīsucaritena samannāgatā manosucaritena samannāgatā ariyānaṃ anupavādakā sammādiṭṭhikā sammādiṭṭhikammasamādānā; te kāyassa bhedā paraṃ maraṇā sugatiṃ saggaṃ lokaṃ upapannā’ti. Iti dibbena cakkhunā visuddhena atikkantamānusakena satte passati cavamāne upapajjamāne hīne paṇīte suvaṇṇe dubbaṇṇe, sugate duggate yathākammūpage satte pajānāti.

2. Mahapphalasuttaṃ

824. ‘‘Cattārome , bhikkhave, iddhipādā bhāvitā bahulīkatā mahapphalā honti mahānisaṃsā. Kathaṃ bhāvitā ca, bhikkhave, cattāro iddhipādā kathaṃ bahulīkatā mahapphalā honti mahānisaṃsā? Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu chandasamādhippadhānasaṅkhārasamannāgataṃ iddhipādaṃ bhāveti – ‘iti me chando na ca atilīno bhavissati, na ca atippaggahito bhavissati, na ca ajjhattaṃ saṃkhitto bhavissati, na ca bahiddhā vikkhitto bhavissati’. ‘‘Evaṃ bhāvitesu kho, bhikkhave, bhikkhu catūsu iddhipādesu evaṃ bahulīkatesu, āsavānaṃ khayā anāsavaṃ cetovimuttiṃ paññāvimuttiṃ diṭṭheva dhamme sayaṃ abhiññā sacchikatvā upasampajja viharatī’’ti. Dutiyaṃ.

3. Chandasamādhisuttaṃ



"比丘,如是修习、多修习这四种神足时,能忆念种种宿世,如一生、二生、三生、四生、五生、十生、二十生、三十生、四十生、五十生、百生、千生、百千生,成劫、坏劫、成坏劫,忆念:'我曾生于某处,如是名,如是姓,如是肤色,如是饮食,如是苦乐感受,如是寿命;我从那里死后,又生于某处;我又从那里死后,生于此处。'如是忆念种种宿世的状况与细节。
比丘,如是修习、多修习这四种神足时,以清净超人的天眼,见众生死时、生时,贵贱、美丑、善趣、恶趣,随业流转,了知:'这些众生具身恶行、语恶行、意恶行,诽谤圣者,怀邪见,行邪见业,身坏命终后,生于恶趣、恶道、地狱。这些众生具身善行、语善行、意善行,不诽谤圣者,怀正见,行正见业,身坏命终后,生于善趣、天界。'如是以清净超人的天眼,见众生死时、生时,贵贱、美丑、善趣、恶趣,随业流转。
比丘,如是修习、多修习这四种神足时,能以诸漏尽而无漏心解脱、慧解脱,于现法中自知自证,具足安住。"第一

"诸比丘,这四种神足若修习、多修习,能得大果、大利益。诸比丘,如何修习、多修习这四种神足能得大果、大利益?在此,诸比丘,比丘修习具足欲三摩地勤行之神足 - '我的欲不会太松弛,不会太紧绷,不会内敛,不会外散。'他安住于前后想 - 如前如后,如后如前;如下如上,如上如下;如昼如夜,如夜如昼。如是以开放、无遮蔽的心修习光明之心。
修习具足精进三摩地......心三摩地......修习具足观三摩地勤行之神足 - '我的观不会太松弛,不会太紧绷,不会内敛,不会外散。'他安住于前后想 - 如前如后,如后如前;如下如上,如上如下;如昼如夜,如夜如昼。如是以开放、无遮蔽的心修习光明之心。诸比丘,如是修习、多修习这四种神足能得大果、大利益。
诸比丘,比丘如是修习、多修习这四种神足时,能体验各种神通 - 一身变多身......乃至梵天界,身能自在往来......
诸比丘,比丘如是修习、多修习这四种神足时,能以诸漏尽而无漏心解脱、慧解脱,于现法中自知自证,具足安住。"第二

825. ‘‘Chandaṃ ce, bhikkhave, bhikkhu nissāya labhati samādhiṃ, labhati cittassa ekaggataṃ – ayaṃ vuccati chandasamādhi. So anuppannānaṃ pāpakānaṃ akusalānaṃ dhammānaṃ anuppādāya chandaṃ janeti vāyamati vīriyaṃ ārabhati cittaṃ paggaṇhāti padahati. Uppannānaṃ pāpakānaṃ akusalānaṃ dhammānaṃ pahānāya chandaṃ janeti vāyamati vīriyaṃ ārabhati cittaṃ paggaṇhāti padahati. Anuppannānaṃ kusalānaṃ dhammānaṃ uppādāya chandaṃ janeti vāyamati vīriyaṃ ārabhati cittaṃ paggaṇhāti padahati. 4. Moggallānasuttaṃ

Atha kho bhagavā āyasmantaṃ mahāmoggallānaṃ āmantesi – ‘‘ete kho, moggallāna, sabrahmacārino heṭṭhāmigāramātupāsāde viharanti uddhatā unnaḷā capalā mukharā vikiṇṇavācā muṭṭhassatino asampajānā asamāhitā bhantacittā pākatindriyā. Gaccha, moggallāna, te bhikkhū saṃvejehī’’ti.

‘‘Evaṃ, bhante’’ti kho āyasmā mahāmoggallāno bhagavato paṭissutvā tathārūpaṃ iddhābhisaṅkhāraṃ abhisaṅkhāresi [abhisaṅkharesi (syā. pī. ka.)] yathā pādaṅguṭṭhakena migāramātupāsādaṃ saṅkampesi sampakampesi sampacālesi. Atha kho te bhikkhū saṃviggā lomahaṭṭhajātā ekamantaṃ aṭṭhaṃsu – ‘‘acchariyaṃ vata, bho, abbhutaṃ vata, bho! Nivātañca vata ayañca migāramātupāsādo gambhīranemo sunikhāto acalo asampakampī, atha ca pana saṅkampito sampakampito sampacālito’’ti!

Atha kho bhagavā yena te bhikkhū tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā te bhikkhū bhagavā etadavoca – ‘‘kiṃ nu tumhe, bhikkhave, saṃviggā lomahaṭṭhajātā ekamantaṃ ṭhitā’’ti? ‘‘Acchariyaṃ, bhante, abbhutaṃ bhante! Nivātañca vata ayañca migāramātupāsādo gambhīranemo sunikhāto acalo asampakampī, atha ca pana saṅkampito sampakampito sampacālito’’ti! ‘‘Tumheva kho, bhikkhave, saṃvejetukāmena moggallānena bhikkhunā pādaṅguṭṭhakena migāramātupāsādo, saṅkampito sampakampito sampacālito. Taṃ kiṃ maññatha, bhikkhave, katamesaṃ dhammānaṃ bhāvitattā bahulīkatattā moggallāno bhikkhu evaṃmahiddhiko evaṃmahānubhāvo’’ti ? ‘‘Bhagavaṃmūlakā no, bhante, dhammā, bhagavaṃnettikā bhagavaṃpaṭisaraṇā. Sādhu vata, bhante, bhagavantaṃyeva paṭibhātu etassa bhāsitassa attho. Bhagavato sutvā bhikkhū dhāressantī’’ti.

‘‘Tena hi, bhikkhave, suṇātha. Catunnaṃ kho, bhikkhave, iddhipādānaṃ bhāvitattā bahulīkatattā moggallāno bhikkhu evaṃmahiddhiko evaṃmahānubhāvo. Katamesaṃ catunnaṃ? 5. Uṇṇābhabrāhmaṇasuttaṃ



如是我闻。一时,世尊住舍卫城(现今印度北方邦)东园鹿母讲堂。那时,许多比丘住在鹿母讲堂下,他们轻浮、自大、浮躁、多言、杂语、失念、不正知、不定、心乱、诸根不摄。
于是,世尊对尊者大目犍连说:"目犍连,这些同梵行者住在鹿母讲堂下,他们轻浮、自大、浮躁、多言、杂语、失念、不正知、不定、心乱、诸根不摄。目犍连,去使这些比丘震惊吧。"
"是,世尊。"尊者大目犍连应诺世尊,随即作如是神变,以脚拇指震动、摇撼、振荡鹿母讲堂。那时,那些比丘惊恐、毛骨悚然,站在一旁说:"奇哉,未曾有也!无风而这鹿母讲堂深根牢固、不动不摇,竟然震动、摇撼、振荡!"
于是,世尊来到那些比丘处,来到后对那些比丘说:"诸比丘,你们为何惊恐、毛骨悚然,站在一旁?"
"奇哉,世尊,未曾有也,世尊!无风而这鹿母讲堂深根牢固、不动不摇,竟然震动、摇撼、振荡!"
"诸比丘,是比丘目犍连为了使你们震惊,以脚拇指震动、摇撼、振荡鹿母讲堂。诸比丘,你们怎么认为,目犍连比丘修习、多修习何法而有如此大神通、大威力?"
"世尊,我们的法以世尊为根本,以世尊为引导,以世尊为依归。善哉,世尊,请为我们解说此义。听闻世尊所说,诸比丘将受持。"
"那么,诸比丘,谛听。诸比丘,正是由于修习、多修习四神足,目犍连比丘才有如此大神通、大威力。哪四种?在此,诸比丘,目犍连比丘修习具足欲三摩地勤行之神足,修习具足精进三摩地......心三摩地......修习具足观三摩地勤行之神足 - '我的观不会太松弛,不会太紧绷;不会内敛,不会外散。'他安住于前后想 - 如前如后,如后如前;如下如上,如上如下;如昼如夜,如夜如昼。如是以开放、无遮蔽的心修习光明之心。诸比丘,正是由于修习、多修习这四种神足,目犍连比丘才有如此大神通、大威力。诸比丘,由于修习、多修习这四种神足,目犍连比丘能体验各种神通......乃至梵天界,身能自在往来......诸比丘,由于修习、多修习这四种神足,目犍连比丘能以诸漏尽而无漏心解脱、慧解脱,于现法中自知自证,具足安住。"第四
5. 郁若婆罗门经

827. Evaṃ me sutaṃ – ekaṃ samayaṃ āyasmā ānando kosambiyaṃ viharati ghositārāme. Atha kho uṇṇābho brāhmaṇo yenāyasmā ānando tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā āyasmatā ānandena saddhiṃ sammodi. Sammodanīyaṃ kathaṃ sāraṇīyaṃ vītisāretvā ekamantaṃ nisīdi. Ekamantaṃ nisinno kho uṇṇābho brāhmaṇo āyasmantaṃ ānandaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘kimatthiyaṃ nu kho, bho ānanda, samaṇe gotame brahmacariyaṃ vussatī’’ti? ‘‘Chandappahānatthaṃ kho, brāhmaṇa, bhagavati brahmacariyaṃ vussatī’’ti.

‘‘Atthi pana, bho ānanda, maggo atthi paṭipadā etassa chandassa pahānāyā’’ti? ‘‘Atthi kho, brāhmaṇa, maggo atthi paṭipadā etassa chandassa pahānāyā’’ti.

‘‘Katamo pana, bho ānanda, maggo katamā paṭipadā etassa chandassa pahānāyā’’ti? ‘‘Idha, brāhmaṇa, bhikkhu chandasamādhippadhānasaṅkhārasamannāgataṃ iddhipādaṃ bhāveti, vīriyasamādhi…pe… cittasamādhi…pe… vīmaṃsāsamādhippadhānasaṅkhārasamannāgataṃ iddhipādaṃ bhāveti – ayaṃ kho, brāhmaṇa, maggo ayaṃ paṭipadā etassa chandassa pahānāyā’’ti.

‘‘Evaṃ sante, bho ānanda, santakaṃ hoti no asantakaṃ. Chandeneva chandaṃ pajahissatīti – netaṃ ṭhānaṃ vijjati’’. ‘‘Tena hi, brāhmaṇa, taññevettha paṭipucchissāmi. Yathā te khameyya tathā taṃ byākareyyāsi. Taṃ kiṃ maññasi, brāhmaṇa, ahosi te pubbe chando ‘ārāmaṃ gamissāmī’ti? Tassa te ārāmagatassa yo tajjo chando so paṭippassaddho’’ti? ‘‘Evaṃ , bho’’. ‘‘Ahosi te pubbe vīriyaṃ ‘ārāmaṃ gamissāmī’ti? Tassa te ārāmagatassa yaṃ tajjaṃ vīriyaṃ taṃ paṭippassaddha’’nti? ‘‘Evaṃ, bho’’. ‘‘Ahosi te pubbe cittaṃ ‘ārāmaṃ gamissāmī’ti? Tassa te ārāmagatassa yaṃ tajjaṃ cittaṃ taṃ paṭippassaddha’’nti? ‘‘Evaṃ, bho’’. ‘‘Ahosi te pubbe vīmaṃsā ‘ārāmaṃ gamissāmī’ti? Tassa te ārāmagatassa yā tajjā vīmaṃsā sā paṭippassaddhā’’ti? ‘‘Evaṃ, bho’’.

‘‘Evameva kho, brāhmaṇa, yo so bhikkhu arahaṃ khīṇāsavo vusitavā katakaraṇīyo ohitabhāro anuppattasadattho parikkhīṇabhavasaṃyojano sammadaññā vimutto, tassa yo pubbe chando ahosi arahattappattiyā, arahattappatte [arahatte patte (sī. syā. kaṃ.)] yo tajjo chando so paṭippassaddho; yaṃ pubbe vīriyaṃ ahosi arahattappattiyā, arahattappatte yaṃ tajjaṃ vīriyaṃ taṃ paṭippassaddhaṃ; yaṃ pubbe cittaṃ ahosi arahattappattiyā, arahattappatte yaṃ tajjaṃ cittaṃ taṃ paṭippassaddhaṃ; yā pubbe vīmaṃsā ahosi arahattappattiyā, arahattappatte yā tajjā vīmaṃsā sā paṭippassaddhā. Taṃ kiṃ maññasi, brāhmaṇa, iti evaṃ sante, santakaṃ vā hoti no asantakaṃ vā’’ti?

‘‘Addhā, bho ānanda, evaṃ sante, santakaṃ hoti no asantakaṃ. Abhikkantaṃ, bho ānanda, abhikkantaṃ, bho ānanda! Seyyathāpi, bho ānanda, nikkujjitaṃ vā ukkujjeyya, paṭicchannaṃ vā vivareyya, mūḷhassa vā maggaṃ ācikkheyya, andhakāre vā telapajjotaṃ dhāreyya – cakkhumanto rūpāni dakkhantīti; evamevaṃ bhotā ānandena anekapariyāyena dhammo pakāsito. Esāhaṃ, bho ānanda, taṃ bhavantaṃ gotamaṃ saraṇaṃ gacchāmi dhammañca bhikkhusaṅghañca. Upāsakaṃ maṃ bhavaṃ ānando dhāretu ajjatagge pāṇupetaṃ saraṇaṃ gata’’nti. Pañcamaṃ.

6. Paṭhamasamaṇabrāhmaṇasuttaṃ



如是我闻。一时,尊者阿难住拘睒弥(现今印度北方邦)的瞿师多园。那时,郁若婆罗门来到尊者阿难处,来到后与尊者阿难互相问候。寒暄已毕,坐在一旁。坐在一旁的郁若婆罗门对尊者阿难说:"阿难贤者,在沙门瞿昙处修梵行是为了什么目的?"
"婆罗门,在世尊处修梵行是为了断除欲。"
"阿难贤者,有道路、有方法可以断除这欲吗?"
"婆罗门,有道路、有方法可以断除这欲。"
"阿难贤者,什么是断除这欲的道路、方法?"
"婆罗门,在此,比丘修习具足欲三摩地勤行之神足,修习具足精进三摩地......心三摩地......修习具足观三摩地勤行之神足。婆罗门,这就是断除这欲的道路、方法。"
"阿难贤者,如果是这样,那就是有而非无。以欲断欲是不可能的。"
"那么,婆罗门,我反问你,你觉得合适就回答。婆罗门,你认为如何,你以前是否有过'我要去园林'的欲?当你到了园林后,那个相应的欲是否平息了?"
"是的,贤者。"

‘‘Kathañca , bhikkhave, bhikkhu vivaṭena cetasā apariyonaddhena sappabhāsaṃ cittaṃ bhāveti? Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhuno ālokasaññā suggahitā hoti divāsaññā svādhiṭṭhitā. Evaṃ kho, bhikkhave, bhikkhu vivaṭena cetasā apariyonaddhena sappabhāsaṃ cittaṃ bhāveti.

哪七种果、七种利益?现法中速得究竟智;若现法中不速得究竟智,则临终时得究竟智;若现法中不速得究竟智,临终时也不得究竟智,则以五下分结尽而成为中般涅槃者、生般涅槃者、无行般涅槃者、有行般涅槃者、上流至色究竟天者。诸比丘,由于修习、多修习这四种神足,可期待这七种果、七种利益。"第六

诸比丘,正是由于修习、多修习这四种神足,目犍连比丘能体验各种神通 - 一身变多身,多身变一身......乃至梵天界,身能自在往来。诸比丘,正是由于修习、多修习这四种神足,目犍连比丘能以诸漏尽而无漏心解脱、慧解脱,于现法中自知自证,具足安住。"第十一
